As we transcend into spring, March offers a chance to recalibrate and blossom. It’s an opportunity to tend to our nervous system. Limit how much outrage we consume. Pause before reacting. Take a breath when we feel triggered. Replace constant scrolling on a device and just close your eyes for a few minutes or look out or up to #nature.⁠ ⁠ If we want less aggression in the world, we also have to look at the pressure and self-criticism that we carry inside. When you soften within, you respond differently without. This inner winter doesn’t have to define your next season. March can be a turning point—to release tension, reset, and choose how you want to show up.
