From Inner Winter to Intentional Spring: A March Reset

March 2026The new year may feel like a long winter. Heavy headlines. Rising tension. Emotional fatigue. Conversations charged with frustration and uncertainty. For many, it hasn’t just been winter outside. It’s been an inner winter: survival mode, bracing, and constant reactivity. When the world feels unstable, our nervous systems respond. That isn’t weakness—it’s biology. And when millions feel that way at once, that collective tension spills into our communities and headlines. A simple idea sits at the center of this: the outer world often mirrors our inner state. You may not be able to change the headlines or the global narrative, but you’re not powerless over your own internal climate.

As we move toward spring, March offers a chance to recalibrate. Regulate your nervous system. Limit how much outrage you consume. Pause before reacting. Take a breath when you feel triggered. Catch yourself from constant scrolling on a device. If we want less aggression in the world, we also have to look at the pressure and self-criticism that we carry inside. When you soften within, you respond differently without. This inner winter doesn’t have to define your next season. March can be a turning point—to release tension, reset, and choose how you want to show up.

This is why my free Healing Session on Zoom held on March 27 (originally scheduled for March 20) at 7 am HST is comes to you at exactly the right time. Find more details and register here. In addition, you are invited to join us on a special transformative experience to Bali this summer. It is not about escaping the world. It is about stabilizing yourself within it. It is an opportunity to clear the emotional residue of this inner winter and step into spring grounded, steady, and intentional. You may not control the season of the world. Yet you can choose when your own winter ends. And that is where real change begins.
