Girls Day reminds me that laughter is medicine and presence becomes prayer. There’s something sacred that happens when I’m with my granddaughter as my heart opens wider. Energy softens. Truth flows easier. Joy rises without effort. Today is a reminder that grandmotherhood and love between girls is a frequency—one that restores, uplifts, and gently brings us back to our most precious self.
